Refund Policy
Returns and Claims:
We don't take Returns & Exchange unless it's factory damaged. All sales are final
Goods are returnable only with prior written authorization. All unauthorized returns will be refused. All claims regarding broken or defective merchandise must be made within 7 days from delivery. Late claims will not be accepted. We will issue a credit for defective or damaged merchandise. The original shipping charge and return shipping cost are not covered under this policy. There will be a 30% restocking charge on returned merchandise that is neither damaged nor defective. All returns must be in original condition including damaged or defective items. The credit will not be issued to the return items without the original packaging materials as they are discarded.
